SHIPPING & RETURNS
BY IIND Studio provides free shipping within EU, UK, USA, Canada and Australia (with Fedex, UPS or DHL). Items stated 'Quick Ship' will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. Made-to-order items will be shipped within the stated lead time on the product page. When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from us specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or IInd Studio.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for size exchange or store credit within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. All labels must still be intact and attached to returned item. The returned item needs to be in original condition and packaging needs to be original (reuse). Charges will be incurred for shipping the item back to us.
Returns are not applicable on made-to-order designs (items with +2 weeks lead time). Please note that only designs marked 'Quick Ship' is returnable.
