Refund Policy for Second Studio (IInd Studio)
Second Studio (IInd Studio) strives to offer a flexible and fair return policy for our clients. Refunds are processed promptly once returned items have been inspected and accepted by our team. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and product tags intact. Please ensure that you return the product only to the address specified in the return email provided by Second Studio.
New and Unused:
"New and unused" means there are no marks, signs of wear, or damage to the item. Items that show any sign of use or wear will not be accepted for a return. However, customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable after 24 hours of order placement, and their orders cannot be canceled after this period. For non-custom items, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, either through written communication (e.g., letter or email to info@secondstudio.com). The product must be shipped back or a written return request submitted within this 7-day period.
Shipping and Return Costs:
Second Studio does not cover return shipping costs. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with shipping the product back. If a return request is approved, clients will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee, typically 20% - 50% of the total purchase value, to cover expenses incurred by Second Studio. This cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer via email for approval. If the customer does not approve the fee, Second Studio cannot process the return.
Conditions for Return:
Second Studio will inspect the packaging and condition of each returned product. Products must remain in substantially intact condition for the return to be processed. Returns that are damaged, stained, deteriorated, or show signs of usage beyond basic verification of the item’s nature and features will be rejected.
Made-to-Order Items:
Returns are not applicable for made-to-order items, which include any items with a lead time of over 2 weeks. Customized pieces are specially crafted according to the client’s specifications, and as such, cannot be returned or canceled after the order is processed.
Large or Fragile Items:
For large or fragile items, Second Studio reserves the right to nominate a specialist handler for return transit, and the cost of this service will be passed on to the customer. If the client schedules a return collection but is unable to meet the agreed date, the transportation charge will apply again for any subsequent attempts.
Courier and Pickup:
Second Studio reserves the right to refuse returns if they are sent using a different courier than the one specified in the return confirmation email. If the return requires special handling or pickup, additional fees may apply, and clients must ensure that pickups are initiated from the same country as the original shipment.
Security Tags:
Any Security Tags attached to the item must still be intact for the return to be processed. Items without security tags or with removed tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
